"It is so peaceful here. It feels very safe even
for someone living by themselves. If I do not want
to hear the noise from Union Hills, I just close the
door. I do not hear it then. Any noise is buffered
by the trees anyway. There are many activities in
the community for retired folks, golf, tennis, pickle
ball, cards of all kinds, exercise, yoga, crafts,
computer classes, tours on a bus. We have two wonderful
restaurants and a library. It is a beautiful place to
live. The mature trees and green grass and all is
maintained by our association. Let's not for get
the wonderful golf course too! They take care of
the exterior and we maintain the inside of our home.
I love living here and wish that I did not have to
leave. I feel safe, comfortable, have wonderful
neighbors, that would do anything for you, but respect
your privacy just the same. We have a community pool for
our little subdivision of Westbrook Village, that is
across the street from my home. There is a spa too. It
is locked and we do need a key to enter. It is well
maintained at all times. Within a close distance,
fire station, urgent care, Arrowhead hospital, Fry's,
Sam's Club, Costco, Wal-Mart, Arrowhead mall, 101....Sun
City is a matter of blocks." |
